Management will inform to stay in your current role or termination will happen due to the fact they are a small firm. I also found out that every Inside sales rep is promised 3% of whatever income the firm obtains once a consultant is able to sign an agreement with a client that the Inside sales rep made an appointment with over the phone. In our employment contract its states that within 3 to 6 months of a signed deal Inside Sales rep will receive their percentage, That is not the case at all, staff members get terminated before they see a dime.
