Great company where your job has ownership, real cross functional collaboration and bottom line impact. There are times where travel budget is low to non existent, but when it was not i had the opportunity to travel globally. Real roles with real accountability. Decent work life balance.
Minpunten
Continuous reorganizations is a stress to the employees at all levels. Extremely limited opportunities to advance from a certain level up. Agreeing to a promotion at some point feels like an acceptance that this will be your last role in the company. Lastly, Shell used to greatly value cross functional movement to develop skills (one of the reasons i joined). It does much less nowadays.
