      Managers take credit for work done by their subordinates Too many false promises by managers filtering down messages from top management Managers say hand on heart while delivering messages but when you sit in front and hear them out you know how much they actually mean it Afraid to retain people who deliver on their GPA Managers who deliver the Company aspirations and messages are nor commuted to delivering the right message and do so as a tick box exercise. Too much discrimination and favoritism
