So many talented people in one place, lots of experienced folks to learn from, many opportunities to travel/work abroad that would not be available to you in a smaller company.

Minpunten

Very big, very structured, and very hierarchical. Not quite a meritocracy. Little is done to foster an environment of personal ownership of your work.
