No Pros Worst company. No carrier growth

Minpunten

-Less salary as per market they are giving below then tcs, Infosys and Capgemini. - they don't have any budget. - no other benefits apart from salary. - 33% variable ..from last two year variable is 50% only. - 4 year promotions - too much politics. - no medical benefits...only u will be covered. For parents just for 1L insurance they ll ask 20k from salary. - no gifts ab rewards.
