- You get to work on different projects, learning a lot. - You have vacation days.

Minpunten

- Laughable salary. They tell you that your salary is going to be reviewed periodically, but that's not true. - Non paid extra hours. You often (very often) work until late night even on weekends and you won't receive a single penny for that. - No benefits aside from some vacation days. - Extreme Micromanagement. This was one of the most stressful parts of working there. They even invade personal Social Networks like WhatsApp for work purposes. - Extreme disorganization.

The management (they call it leadership) of the company is very involved and often proposes policies that help the staff to grow and develop. It got me into mindfulness as they do breathing exercises. It helped me a lot with my anxiety issues. I felt I was heard and could talk to my supervisor openly. They helped me develop quickly and paced my work initially to my capacity At the same time, there was enough structure for me to feel pushed towards learning and growth. I had a great time there
