It's almost impossible to get fired because the bar of quality is so low

Minpunten

It will negatively affect your career prospects and deteriorate your positive spirit. After a few years you may get to a middle supervisor position if you agree to paltry pay increments and work long hours, but it is impossible to get any further in the company due to the nepotism that goes on at the very top. This company is operating with working values that are 50 years ago and yet they do a passable job of pretending to be a modern company.

A great place to intern at, learnt a lot at IT department and very helpful to interns.

Minpunten

A proper internship program would be nice so there's more structure.

None, literally not a good place

Minpunten

Terrible work environment. Human Resources are there to play event planners and gossip. If you have technical skills to put to use, avoid this place
