- inspiring company - amazing product - ahead of the competition

Minpunten

- constant change beyond just 'moving fast' it is chaotic and can be unorganized - unrealistic targets - no one was hitting personal targets for commission payouts, yet teams were way over exceeding numbers from previous quarters and years - rev ops created rules that made it extremely difficult to attribute revenue in time to qualify for targets

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
