Never trust a job description written for your position; they may force you to switch between jobs, titles, or departments. After ensuring you have left the company with no other option (consider it betrayal, as they should have informed applicants before joining, like respected large companies), this happened with the Manager of DevOps, Quality, and Delivery teams and the Team Leader of Machine Learning. The HR Director does not provide the contract you signed and gives numerous excuses to delay it for 6 months (for people with 1-3 years of experience; unsure if the same applies to +3 years of experience individuals). Never trust any team leader, manager, or director unless they communicate through Gmail to avoid lies and empty promises. The hours can be long (no obvious start and end time), requiring random availability the 24 hours. The salary is related to USD, but the contract is written in EGP, expecting you to work 1 million hours in 24 hours. Before the Egyptian economy changes to its worst periods of the egp currency, they never implemented such practices when it was comparable to other companies. The company has a very poor learning curve, inadequate management with non-technically aware leaders, lack of organization between tasks and teams, and poor task prioritization. There is also a bad work load with constant time pressure and improper prioritization of tasks. Slow promotions and sometimes sudden stopped bonus and promotion in the whole year.
