Minpunten
Management at the time of my job does not communicate well AT ALL. If you do something that does not align completely with what is needed they do not communicate effectively even if you do what you were told. IT is slow with getting gear ready. First, 3 days of training is unnecessary depending on the job you are working in and is a waste of time. There is weird communication with crossing departments/companies and deadlines are always changed suddenly sometimes not even 24 hours. The office environment has a lot of drama talk which gives off bad work culture. Lastly, though not entirely in control, the company is not diverse but has been slowly improving since my time there
