Minpunten
The environment and culture of work deteriorated while I was there. There were some key changes in upper management that basically made it a confusing top down matrix amalgam, So you are never really sure who does what where and what the prios are. Some management will label you from day 1 and mistreat and ghost you until you either quit or get laid off. You can try to build a working relationship with management, but standards and procedures shift so often and the internal comms are so opaque that it feels like someone just threw a fox in a hen house, and now you have to try to get an egg. Not eggs, just one egg. I would like to think that management training would help some of these people, but who knows.
