Central teams don't always listen to feedback, feedback is defended, central & Europe teams keep talking about customer centricity but we don't see the changes we ask for, operating a separate division of Systems & Service is distancing employees in the market, it doesn't work but no one outside of the market appears to be listening or acting on the feedback.
