Pluspunten
I worked as a Quality Analyst at Silicon Stack, and while the company provides some learning opportunities, the work culture and management policies create a highly stressful and unprofessional environment. ✅ Good learning opportunities ✅ Some supportive team members ✅ Flexible work arrangements (but only for a few) Major Concerns: Forced contract signing after an increment, limiting career growth options. Pressure to leave positive reviews on Google, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, creating a false company image. Unfair and inconsistent leave policies—some employees get approvals easily, while others face unnecessary difficulties. Micromanagement, favoritism, and lack of transparency in project allocation and promotions. Toxic interference in employees' personal lives, with some colleagues crossing professional boundaries. HR is extremely unprofessional—employees’ salaries, promotion percentages, and increments are openly discussed, making everyone aware of each other’s earnings. No confidentiality in promotions and salaries—once someone gets promoted, everyone knows exactly how much salary or increment they received.
