If you are experienced in agile used as a whip I guess you are going to do all right in this environment.
Minpunten
They claim that you are part of a 'family' and that they care about your wellbeing and are prepared to support you in your career and problems. At the end it is a corporate driven corkscrew with tight deadlines and stressed up managers that spew propaganda from morning to evening. What is disappointing is in this mad dash for progress and satisfying the metrics they have no time to support you when you have problems or you stuck. They will chew you up and spit you out like used gum and jump onto a next victim without any regard. They undermine personal difficulties and ignore the feedback dismissing you entirely. Stressful work atmosphere and overworked dev's make it a quite bad place to work and it shows in code produced. When people are focused on hitting AC's, creativity ,care and code ownership is out of the window. The company is bloated with managers, that are busy managing each other.
Pluspunten
There are absolutely no pros to working for this company.
Minpunten
Micromanaged Overworked Underpaid Ridiculous expectations of their staff Expect you to sign on when they need you even if on annual leave but claim they don’t. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this shambles of a company. Claim your a valued asset and there is no career progression but conveniently mentioned otherwise when your leaving. Don’t value the staff they have. Don’t value software development professionals offering around 50% less salary than the individuals actual salary range. Condescending and arrogant managers who think you should jump if the business needs you. No work life balance at all. Claim to give pay rises in vocal conversations but won’t put it in writing so they never actually have to. AVOID
