Pluspunten
It's tough to find a company in the Silicon Valley that really checks all of the boxes. Strong product/tech, work/life balance, good management/leadership, early success, great culture, good location. I thought this was the case until I discovered SimpleLegal. Within an hour of me being in the office on my first day, I know that I had made the right decision in coming here.
The founders don't have the "know it all mindset", they are eager to listen to what the market has to say and take advice as well as criticism from the employees. Not afraid or hear people asking "why are we doing that?" It's a great feeling to know that you are being heard and can have an impact on the success and future of a company.

I wouldn't call this a "con" but every startup has its growing pains. Of all the companies that I've worked for, SimpleLegal has figured out how to properly navigate these waters. You will be expected to more than your role but that's the case with any company.
