1. everyone is so nice, even the founder is so chill and talks politely to everyone
2. No micro-management at all, you do your work.
3. Not a specific time to come and leave, you come around 11, 12 even 1 (usually the timing is 10) as long as eveyrhtings being done properly.
4. good leaders and hr, every senior and PPC are so great, they listen to you.
