Like ridiculously low for what is expected. And they aren't honest about the job in the interview so you know what to expect for that pay. - Micromanaging. Everything you do is monitored and picked apart each day with how you could have done things better. And not in a positive way. - The don't hire/keep enough staff to properly handle accounts. Response times to customers is slow do to understaffing and then the managers complain that customers are being reached out to.
