The people are nice and supportive, the culture is friendly, and the work gives you a lot to learn. Things are flexible and enjoyable, which makes it a great place to grow and work comfortably.

Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.

Our broader employee feedback is positive to strong, and describes an environment that is collaborative, customer-centric, and hard-working . While acknowledging that, like all companies, there are some areas where we have room for improvement, of course.
