Sinclair has an awesome benefits package and really allows me to utilize my time given to me. They have many resources to advance within the company and will help you along the way.

Minpunten

The pay is terrible. No one should be making $15 an hour for a full-time job in 2024.

Good benefits overall. Strong vacation and time off policies. 401k and compensation were competitive. Some teams were collaborative and supportive depending on who you worked with.

Minpunten

Hard to take ownership of work due to lack of trust. Ideas were often dismissed or overridden, which made it difficult to contribute effectively. As a woman, I was frequently interrupted or talked over in meetings. At times, I had to frame ideas indirectly just to get alignment, which isn’t a productive way to work. Decision-making could feel inconsistent and not always based on input from the team.
