Flailing - werkgeversreview Designer bij SitePoint

SitePoint has been around for a fair while and in that time has shifted and changed with the market, with a bunch of start-ups being launched out of the company over time. Some of those worked, some didn't (not sure about some of the other ones yet too!). The company was always well run while I was there and there is a really nice feeling of togetherness and working towards a goal - 2015 wasn't an easy year but everyone worked together well and the core team at SitePoint is very strong. Perks are pretty good for a company of it's size and there are a lot of good events etc you get to go to as SitePoint has a lot of good affiliations with the Melbourne start-up community.

Building is shared space for a few different companies that all have quite different cultures, can make for a bit of strange when everyone gets together for a beer, but overall not a huge con. Not a huge company so career options probably a bit limited, but working at SitePoint certainly opens up a bunch of possibilities for the future - learned a lot while I was there!

If you don’t drink, you’re short on social events. Not much room for career growth.
