They pay a lot if you want to be a staff augmentation engineer and are content staying there

Minpunten

The say they have a path for growth, however they change up the organization every 6 months that makes those paths impossible to follow. Furthermore they invite all of their staff to be open and honest to management where as management does not reciprocate those same philosophies. The CEO is a pawn and figurehead. He has no power. He will just make friends with you but when push comes to shove its up to others what happens to you.

To really grow in your career, relocation is likely required. That is if you live somewhere far from where our clients are.

Pluspunten

Really some of the best engineering talent among integrators. Forward thinking, strong values and company mission. Seems to have high satisfaction across employees and high retention. Care about work life balance for real, and you get paid for all time worked unlike some other integrators.

Minpunten

No cons really significant enough to mention, maybe more in person time with coworkers would be beneficial, but there has been more effort toward this recently!
