Not many pros honestly. This is a start up operating company

Verbally told me a salary and once I got the offer letter, it was 10k less than what was agreed upon. I asked if it was a typo and they said that was all they could do. The company runs as a start up even though they’ve been around for many years. This means that they will get rid of you as soon as they don’t find a need
