Startup environment and lots of processes are still being iterated on. Which I think can be both a pro and a con depending on if you thrive in startup environments or like working for companies with more structure.

Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
