      - Los compañeros son amables - Hay horario de entrada flexible (Porque no hay horario de salida, haces horas extras si o si) - Los proyectos con clientes son interesantes, pero no hay muchos (En diseño) - Si eres Junior y necesitas que estén controlando lo que haces, es probable que dures aquí

      - El CEO hace microgestión constantemente (Lo llaman cultura de feedback) ,ni pregunta ni escucha, solo habla y le gusta que le pregunten sobre él. Exige tareas inventadas que no comunica desde el principio, trata de hacerte sentir que siempre falta algo, que nunca es suficiente, aunque estés cumpliendo con tus tareas, tiempos y calidad exigidos. - La comunicación entre managers es pobre. - No pagan las herramientas de trabajo. - No hay una buena organización de las cargas de trabajo. - Es bastante complicado cumplir con las fechas límite sin horas extras. - Las horas extras no se pagan. - No existe plan de carrera. - No existe un proceso de onboarding. - La rotación es altísima. - Piden conectarte a reuniones antes de firmar el contrato. - Piden poner buenas reseñas el día que entras. - Su fuerte no es el diseño UX/UI-Producto, por lo que no entienden que tipo de tareas hace. La empresa sabe todo esto y no hace anda. Si quieres cuidar tu salud mental, no entres a trabajar aquí.

Nos tomamos muy en serio los comentarios que reflejan insatisfacción, especialmente cuando mencionan temas relacionados con liderazgo, organización o bienestar del equipo. Son áreas que revisamos de forma constante y en las que seguimos y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar. Nos alegra, no obstante, que destaques aspectos como el compañerismo y el interés de los proyectos. Seguiremos teniendo el foco en evolucionar nuestra forma de trabajar, escuchar más activamente y crear entornos donde las personas se sientan valoradas y puedan desarrollarse plenamente.       Personally, one of the advantages Slashmobility has is that 1 to 1 treatment, If you require to get in touch with a manager, they get back at ASAP! The education program is excellent, they really thrive you to grow professionally….

      - There were some good people there, my lead was a very good person and I felt like she cared for my growth, but the environment did not really allow her to support me the way I needed

      Minpunten

      - This company lies to their customers and delivers very low-quality and bad solutions, I felt like growing in this environment was impossible - The work-life balance is not good, overwork, and almost no flexibility to even go to the doctor - A big red flag, when I was there they faked glassdors reviews, I tried to give this review twice and it has been removed both times, I don't know how they get away with this. - I suffered harassment from HR personnel and no one seemed to care, the only way out was to leave, I kept being harassed via Linkedin and Whatsapp and it really had a toll on my mental health. - Pay was way below average
