- Some infos are required to be keyed in manually, despite simple jobs such as data entry that can be done automatically. - Office politics left and right, back biting seemed prominent. Some managers are picked based on seniority despite lack of knowledge and experience in crucial areas i.e. credit analysis - Since RM is responsible for branch ops, be prepared as some people in HQ will require you to do all their works, even though some of the tasks can be easily done by them. - Career advancement: prioritising seniority like good ol days.
