-it’s like a family here, nearly everyone gets along well (even if they don’t like each other) -the families and watching a child move through infants all the way to pre-K. -jokes are played on each other sometimes to lighten the day. -everyone seems to take turns bringing stuff in like donuts or bagels. -directors offer to buy everyone coffee sometimes.

-Drama happens sometimes. -some will talk behind others backs and it’s annoying cause we are all adults -rising conflict with a coworker. -there is clear favoritism at points
