All work is micromanaged. Nothing is more demoralising than your opinion being irrelevant and not allowed. Need to be a yes person, anything against the grain will cost you your job. Mental health is an issue with no work-life balance. Staff handbook is there because it needs to be doesn't carry any meaning. A sink or swim mentality. Your training/upskilling is done via Pluralsight using one manager personal account to login, which only allows one person at a time else you will be kicked off, have to use arranged calendar to book a time slot. All smoke and mirrors, no structure to the business. Staff are treated unfairly depending if you're liked or not. No progression if you are not a friend of the SLT. Acknowledgement or praise is overlooked and given to someone else. Kills any motivation to go the extra mile. Extremely long, unsociable working hours.
