Pluspunten
I would not say there are any pros per say for this job. I did learn some things about sales and marketing. During the training they give you a bunch of concepts and stuff to learn which actually work and are helpful but trust me learning this stuff from them is not worth working for this company.
Minpunten
The company smart circle is really not even who you will be working for. Each office has its own name created by the manager who runs and owns it. They promise you big opportunity and all these magical things...In the end if it sounds too good to be true it is!! In the end you could work your butt off and all that means is you would be scam other people into working for this company. My big this was they would not pay me my correct commission and did not even have proper paystubs. Absolutely terrible pyramid scheme.
