      Pluspunten

      Fantastic group of people who are incredibly close and welcoming to new employees. The stress of being a relationship manager strengthens the bonds and friendships within the company. It is always nice to know you are not the only one under pressure - All RM's are on the same boat.

      Minpunten

      It's a pity that a small sub-sector of upper management can bring about such unease and unhappiness among employees. This has a large affect on the turnover of employees within the company. Transparency isn't as strong as it should be between the levels within the company.

      - Leadership instability and financial mismanagement resulted in 4 rounds of layoffs in 2 years - Technology is far behind modern fintech standards, with minimal automation in place - Reputation problems with the partner and broker community directly hurt deal flow and caused missed targets - Morale is low due to ongoing fear of additional layoffs tied to missed quarterly targets - Below-market pay with no raises for years, first blamed on becoming a bank, now deferred indefinitely until profitability
