Minpunten

Management, seniors ones couldn't care less of you and juniors ones are bossy even if it is their first job. Most junior managers never had prior work experience, they just get promoted because they are friends since they got hired or their relatives invested in the company. Not a very healthy place to work. People get burnt out easily. No limit to your work, evenings and weekends.

Minpunten

- Leadership instability and financial mismanagement resulted in 4 rounds of layoffs in 2 years - Technology is far behind modern fintech standards, with minimal automation in place - Reputation problems with the partner and broker community directly hurt deal flow and caused missed targets - Morale is low due to ongoing fear of additional layoffs tied to missed quarterly targets - Below-market pay with no raises for years, first blamed on becoming a bank, now deferred indefinitely until profitability
