Minpunten
The pay and commission scale is embarrassing to even for a jr. employee. AM's have no clue what they are selling half the time, let alone who they are selling to. The majority of the clients are rude, entitled morons that make you jump through hoops which in turn = long hours. This would be somewhat bearable if given a decent living wage that corresponds with what other agencies are doing - both big and small. Unfortunately, this is not the case as they are charging bargain basement prices for intricate work with way too many people involved in the project.
