Pluspunten
The only thing which could be considered as a pro is that they pay time to time without any delay if your lucky enough to get a job ( which usually depends on your luck) and apart from this I did not hear anything good about them.
Minpunten
They take alot of time probably months ranging from 4-5. Marketers and management need to be pushed on daily basis and if you do so they will get an interview for a higher level position which would be a face to face interview. The only way these people are still in the market is because of the name of their company "ITECHUS" which has got a quite good reputation. All the opt and graduate students are placed into smartworks llc and not ITechus. After this review if you see any postive reviews you get your answers there itself.
