Daily screenshot is getting monitored and they delete your time without informaing. 5. They take more hours work by deleting time in hubstaff anonymously. 6. You are expected to do engineering, team lead, manager, client communication roles. 7. The company regularly lays off people giving random excuses. 8. Unrealistic sprint goals. 9. CTO is playing project manager role. 10. No leaves are provided during festive holidays and national holidays. You are supposed to use paid leave for it. 11.
