Pluspunten
There is generally flexibility in working hours. For most weeks, I was able to finish by normal office hours unless there was an urgent project.
Colleagues are supportive and cooperative; the team culture leans more collaborative than competitive.
Work environment is decent: safety standards are taken seriously, and management does provide resources when needed.
During non-peak periods, there’s a good amount of buffer time which helps maintain personal time and reduces stress.
Minpunten
During high-pressure phases (tight deadlines, urgent maintenance / emergency work), overtime becomes common, and it’s harder to leave on time.
Some tasks / roles expect availability beyond office hours, which disrupts personal plans occasionally.
Career development opportunities are limited; though workload is manageable most of the time, learning new skills or getting promoted can be slower.
Pay & benefits are okay but could be more competitive, especially given the nature of shift/emergency work.
