Just a messed up organization with a bad leadership team who do not know how to execute. Very different from a bay area tech company

Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
