Minpunten
I agree with other reviewers — the micromanagement is excessive. My moves and words were closely monitored. Training was minimal: I received roughly a week of surface-level onboarding before being thrown into production. While the company claims to prioritize documentation, I found that much of it was outdated, incomplete, or simply non-existent for the tasks I was trying to complete.
What was worse was the gaslighting. Many times, I was told to do task "A". Then the next day, I was punished because I didn't do task "B". Expectations often shifted without notice, making it difficult to meet goals. The constant distortion of the truth destroyed any sense of trust I had with management.
Another major challenge was the lack of access. Many tickets required admin-level permissions that I didn’t have, forcing escalations and contributing to a growing backlog for higher-tier staff. On the rare occasions I was granted access, there was little real training. I had to make do with outdated or non-existent documentation.
I felt an overall lack of trust from management and witnessed high turnover. I strongly caution anyone seeking a stable or supportive work environment to look elsewhere.
