Overall, this is a great place to work in Houston. There's not a lot of companies with a fun tech culture in Houston, so it really is a gem in this city. It's small and has all the benefits of a fun tech start-up culture, but it's an established company and doesn't have most of the stresses/cons that come with a new start-up company. Through COVID, they have created a great support system and resources for everyone to work from home, and we aren't returning to the office too early. I do miss the fully stocked pantry that we had in the office, but I appreciate that they are taking my safety first.
