- Great staff! Everyone is very nice and willing to help if you ask it! - Lots of new skills can be learned about how Networking and Telecommunications work. - the 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks can be refreshing. - Asking for time off is fairly easy and can sometimes be done on a whim.
Minpunten
- Pay is joke, this site does not get even close to the estimated salary advertised. You can make more working at a fast-food place with people that have been put in prison. Everyone in the office is always complaining about it, which heavily brings down morale, and the raises they may or may not give you is laughable. - They cannot seem to hire anyone. Due to the pay they offer, people will not accept the job and the people that do, they don’t last more than a few months before finding a different job. - Management will say this job is for the experience and learning. Really??? That is why you don’t pay us very well. - When hiring, they quiz the crap out of you on stuff you may need to learn in college or need experience with IT. Once you have proven you have some knowledge about IT, they offer pocket change instead of a livable wage. - The benefits will take more money out of your check than seems humane. Most the people here do not even use the benefits because they cannot afford to live on their wage otherwise. Do not waste your time here unless you are job searching. There is no future here and honestly, I don’t even know why I am here.
