      Support from management. I feel like I have a great chance to learn more and develop professionally and personally. The compensation is fair and the process for advancement is very effective. I enjoy my job and my manager allows me the freedom to explore other opportunities within the company.

      Minpunten

      I feel that sometimes there is a disconnect between company goals/objectives and individual performance of mid-upper level management. There is still a "good 'ol boy mentality" that makes it very difficult to break into.

      My direct coworkers and other onsite employees are amazing and some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The day to day responsibilities are enjoyable to work on most days. Company phone provided for work communications during work hours (you don’t have to take them home with you) Free meals on shifts worked (with restrictions) “Set schedule”

      Minpunten

      Work life balance is not great. You hire on for one position or schedule and then end up being required to perform job duties that are outside of your description on top of your daily responsibilities. Wages are really low. Unfair distribution of allotted overtime hours. Benefits are not good either. Insurance is really expensive for not great coverage. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks and only 60% of your pay covered by short term disability (that you pay for out of pocket until 2 years of service)
