I was employed under a government contract with increasingly expanding duties that did not reflect within salary year after year. This however is not the company's fault, as they were trying to keep the contract going.

The firm is well positioned and has tremendous potential to expand into additional regulated industries. Excellent work/life balance and opportunities for advancement. Very happy with my choice to leave an established investment bank to join a forward thinking firm. The company puts great faith and trust in its people -- it is really on the individual person to properly manage their own schedule, deliverables, and expectations.
