Great colleagues, the environment is positive and people are willing to help each other. The offices are amazing, with great views over the city.

Minpunten

Management is flickery. They change to often the strategy and protect to much certain former employees. The company has a unsustainable business model as well

Great company to work for in EUROPE but not USA. Good working spirit and a family feel in Barcelona. In Barcelona they really make you feel like you are part of something big. Many perks like massage, ability to travel to Barcelona, snacks and coffee in the offices.

Minpunten

USA culture/ operations are completely different from Europe. USA is not focused on personal development or strengthening the team but on very aggressive sales goals under strict micro-management. Salaries between males and females for the same position with similar goals can vary by $30,000 base (male dominated). Determine the goals prior to hire so you can seek compensation that reflects your goals.
