- You'll learn to make above average AI systems, just decent, don't expect it to be anything out of this world. - Work life balance is decent sometimes.

Minpunten

Don't want to be wordy, so i'll conver in bullets. - No good senior team, CEO blindly believes AI is good enough cause linkedin told him so. - Extremely high expectations from people that are fairly new. - No one is aware of up-to-date industry practices. - No planning on development, just finish as fast as you can so we might not lose our potential client. - Extreme micromanagement, yes they track every single keystroke on your low grade laptop. - Plenty more cons, but this should suffice
