Perhaps if you are able, you could contact me (john.mayes@softwareone.com) or the NORAM HR Leader (Patty) in confidence to expand on your points here? It would be really useful to us to know somemore detail as if I look at the comments from our US Employee Survey, the 401K, healthcare and other benefits are not mentioned in a crirical way a great deal. EBITDA is a key measure of performance for most companies and while we have had to focus on efficieny during our transformation, our positive half year results mean we believe our approach is the right one. There is a heavy emphasis on performance so I am sorry you have not seen the upside of our culture yet - this is really important to us but I also appreciate that our culture is quite unique and won't be to everyone's expectations.
