I am very much satisfied with the company I am working now. They are very transparent,

So far am good with the company

1) They were to get provide with a job 2) Things are bit organized where other consultancy service wasted my 9 months of OPT period. Job is the positive side but on long term but there are lot of negatives as mentioned below.

1) Pay is less than others i.e., on average I see 40% of my salary was given for initial 3 months i.e 504 hours. Why? (It is just a scam). Afterwards, it was 70%. 2) Ethics are something I didn't find a lot in the company since they was a lot manipulation in terms of talk and fraud in terms of pay from Sai, Chandra and led to almost risk of visa issues which is why a lot of desi consulting firms gets a lot of very bad rap because of these people 3) No idea, if they actually did sponsor the H1B since I wasn't provided with any proof of receipt number and also made a lot of problem when my H1B was picked at other employer even though we talked before about this situation. 4) As I seen the problems caused during H1B, there are no trust in this company to go upto further visa. 5) They trying to show that they are providing Health insurance but the thing it will deducted from the employee salary if you enroll. I am not sure what's the benefit of that like no person in the company was able to explain to me clearly unless employer has something to show that they are providing health insurance? 6) In company, some people think say Softworld is premium company, I think they should learn English first before talking. As of now, I am still with this company for current job but this is the company I will be not preferring to work with further because of manipulation frauds I have experienced.
