Pluspunten
High level of exposure to financial markets and clients, young and talented colleagues (but with extreme attrition), the opportunity to keep up to date with market trends.
Minpunten
It depends to a large extent on whether you get the right projects at the right time, whether you get promoted in the company and not on what ideas you bring in yourself and what skills you have. If you don't get lucky with that, you end up doing the same things for many years while even interns do more relevant projects. Even projects that you have initiated yourself are sometimes taken away from you by others in the company, and these people then stand up and act as if they had the idea and exploit you. The management does not support the personal growth of the employees in any way and basically blocks everything that costs extra money. If you work an average of 3 hours more per day, no one cares, and if you need something to get your work done right, you have to worry about how to get it yourself. Salary and benefits are very low and not competitive and the bonus structure is very intransparent and is actually just a compenstion for overtime. Management has little ideas for high quality and scalable products and is more into putting out as much as possible and publishing research that includes lots of colorful pictures but says little.
