All team members were very friendly and supportive. + Flat hierarchy: There is Lots of interaction and access to company leadership, which means it's easy to pitch ideas and participate in strategy-making. + Reward for hard work: If you deliver you will be rewarded very quickly with additional pay and responsibilities. I got a promotion myself, and multiple people I worked with rose from junior positions to senior management within a few years. + International exposure: You get to work with people in different countries and experience different cultures. There are offices in three countries, and I got the opportunity to travel overseas twice.
