Minpunten

High expectations for cold calling (Average 100 calls per day) Low base pay sales cycle very long 9-12 months (commissions paid out at the end) sketchy product, (most clients I sold to last year have dished out large sums of money and have not been installed yet) have not paid out commissions for those who have been installed.

Young, energetic and positive attitude Satisfying work (yes you need to cold call but your selling a very cool product) Lots of perks (happy hour, company trips, free lunches, etc)

Minpunten

Lots of cold calling, very few sales (less than 1% closing rate is common) Salary is non competitive compared to similar fields of industry Commissions not paid until project are brought to term (-or+ 6 months)
