Leaders are incentivized to shift blame and undermine others, while the CIO/ CTO, and his direct reports view public humiliation as an acceptable way to handle problems though dishonesty and lies. The CEO is absent, and HR operates as a surveillance arm for the CFO and CAO, rather than as a resource for employees. The executive team and CPO lacks cohesion and appears to enjoy fostering conflict among staff. Their primary focus seems to be self-enrichment rather than effectively running the business.
