Pluspunten
For the most part, Soliel is an okay company. The company benefits and the work environment are typical for government contracting. No complaints as far as work environment. Immediate managers were very responsive except when discussing contract re-compete.
Minpunten
The biggest negative with Soliel is the absolute silence when it came to discussing contract re-compete. On many occasions, contractors wanted information on contract negotiations and we were stymied by our manager who would not give us any information. No transparency from corporate. Of course, we found out later why when we were all told the contract is ending on a Friday. If you decide to join Soliel with less than a year left on contract, don't let them tell you everything is good, the customer loves us and we'll win another contract. If they're not transparent on what's happening, start looking for other opportunities.
