      Pluspunten

      Until recently, the quality of colleagues was the best reason to work there. While quite boutique, the company works for a variety of top clients, sometimes even stealing the show from McK, BCG, Bain & Co due to high level of specialisation (Telco & Media)

      Minpunten

      Even though salary & bonus are comparable to big peers (nearly en par at the start, then gradually underperforming), perks & benefits are far off (no company car, limited pension etc).

      Pluspunten

      Great training - interns work with all levels, are treated as full time employees and are push to grow as consultant. Meaningful work - As an intern I work on multiple projects where one could see the value which was created for the client Client facing (for interns) As time goes on, interns are given more responsibility

      Minpunten

      There is a tone of travel as to be expected Long hours - sometimes 100+ hour work weeks but more commonly 90 to 80 hours
